Mabel

Yoga has helped Mabel regain a sense of control in their life and their body time and time again.

As a creative person with a curious nature similar to that of a cat, there have been times throughout Mabel’s life where they have lived more inside their head than inside their body.

Yoga asana, pranayama (breath work), and meditation, have been the greatest tools to help them stand on solid ground and feel connected to themselves on a physical, emotional, and spiritual plane.

Mabel has been practicing for 15 years and in that time, they have completed a 100-hour training on the 26+2 series, and traveled to Rishikesh, India for a 200-hour training on Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pranayama, Philosophy, Anatomy, Alignment, and Meditation.

Mabel’s special interests include talking about death and what exists beyond what we can see, learning about chakras and Hindu mythology, snuggling with kitties, riding their bike, painting, and all things art.
